HeartSine AEDs are backed by an eight-year limited warranty. The device warranty applies only to the original end user and may not be assigned or transferred. Please refer to the warranty statement delivered with your HeartSine device for more details.
Important Note: The sale of a HeartSine samaritan PAD is restricted to Stryker or our authorized distributors (or an approved sub-distributor, person or entity) in their appointed territory. The product warranty is void if the device is purchased from anyone other than an authorized agent.
Registering your HeartSine AED is very important and easy to do. To ensure that your warranty is active, simply complete and submit the online warranty registration or the product registration card that came with your HeartSine AED.
Important Note: We are in the process of updating our registration database to accept the new serial number format, which ends with a letter and two numbers (e.g., 22D91149310C22). If the serial number on your AED is 14 digits and the Online Warranty Registration database does not accept your serial number, please leave off the last 3 digits and enter only the first 11 digits (e.g., 22D91149310). If you are still unable to register your serial number, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
